Verzinkerij Twente joins the LOA Group / company takeover

LOA FULL SURFACE GROUP EXPANDS TO THE EAST THROUGH THE ACQUISITION OF VERZINKERIJ TWENTE B.V.


The LOA Full Surface Group, with eight companies the largest surface treatment company in the South of the Netherlands, will take over all activities of Verzinkerij Twente B.V. as of May 22, 2024. in Almelo. The company, with its head office in Tilburg, is thus taking a big step towards what it wants to be: the total provider in the field of surface treatment.

Director of the LOA Full Surface Group, Remco Dieperink: “With the acquisition of Verzinkerij Twente B.V. we are once again adding a very healthy company to our group. Verzinkerij Twente has a lot of knowledge and experience in the field of electrolytic galvanizing and the special zinc-nickel process. In addition, it has multiple production lines that can make a valuable contribution to our wide range of surface treatments.”

With the acquisition, the LOA Full Surface Group is taking its first steps outside the familiar provinces of North Brabant and Limburg. Dieperink: “We are now strongly represented in the South of the Netherlands and now want to build up a similar position in the East of the country. With our wide range of high-quality products and services, we can still serve many markets in that region. We are confident that we can achieve this with Verzinkerij Twente B.V. to succeed.”

LOA Full Surface Group (www.loa.nl) has its origins in LOA LAK B.V., founded in 1981. (the current LOA Automotive in Tilburg). Through various acquisitions since 2008, LOA has grown into a group of 8 companies active in the surface treatment of metal components and molded parts: LOA Aldor, LOA Automotive, LOA Coating, LOA Deege, LOA Hessels, LOA Janssen, LOA MTRC and LOA Wilmink.In total, the group offers more than 30 different surface treatments to improve the quality, durability and functionality of metal parts.

The LOA Full Surface Group employs more than 300 people. The group has 5 extensive laboratories equipped with the latest testing facilities and is the only surface treatment company in Europe that can offer all ION quality systems: Qualicoat, Qualisteelcoat and Qualanod.
